Land Capability Assessment

...

Land Capability Assessment is a report, prepared by a suitably qualified person, which is needed to determine the type of treatment system and the area of land that is required in order to dispose of the waste water created by a dwelling. LCA report is prepared to demonstrate the respective council or shire if the proposed dwelling/commercial site is capable of sustainably managing within allotment boundaries all wastewater likely to be generated by the proposed development. The LCA also stipulates an ongoing management program that must be implemented to ensure that the health and environmental impacts of on-site wastewater management are minimised.

Our team have completely land capability assessment for various Clients and for almost all the applicable Council and Shires across Victoria. We perform the required soil permeability testing, collect the soil samples for further laboratory analyses through our partner NATA approved lab. All works and reporting are carried by our in-house geologist, geotechnical engineer and environmental engineers. If the application area is constrained due to any reason we provide our recommendation to the developer, property owner, builder or Architects about the potential changes required to achieve the regulated application area and method of disposing the effluent.
